By accessing or using the Eternant platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the platform. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.
Eternant provides tools for publisher monetization, advertiser campaign management, web and app development services, influencer connections, giveaway management, and analytics. Services are subject to change, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately at support@eternant.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
When signing in with Google, you authorise Eternant to access your basic Google profile information (name, email, and profile photo) for authentication purposes only.

All platform content, branding, and software are the property of Eternant Technologies Pvt. Ltd. You retain ownership of content you upload, but grant Eternant a non-exclusive licence to use it to operate and improve the platform.
All transactions are processed securely. Fees for paid services are non-refundable unless otherwise specified or required by applicable law. Disputed charges must be raised within 30 days of the transaction date.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eternant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if continued access poses risk to the platform or other users.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
